Loopbrook (operated by Loopbrook LLC)

Users of the Loopbrook mobile, desktop, and web applications can delete individual contacts, photos, notes, or their entire account and associated data at any time.

How to Request Full Account & Data Deletion

1. Send an email from the email address associated with your Loopbrook account to support@loopbrook.com with the subject line “Delete My Loopbrook Account”.
2. Our team will verify your request and permanently delete your account within 7 business days.

What Data Is Deleted

• Your Loopbrook user profile, login credentials, OAuth links, and passkeys.
• All scanned business card photos, contact records, notes, voice transcriptions, and AI dossiers stored under your account.
• All reminders, greeting cards, clique memberships, and direct messages sent by your account.

How to Delete Individual Items Without Deleting Your Account

Inside the Loopbrook app, you can delete any individual business card, photo, note, reminder, or clique post directly from its detail screen using the Delete action.
