Welcome to Loopbrook, operated by Loopbrook LLC (“Loopbrook,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Loopbrook mobile, desktop, or web applications (the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Use of the Services

You may use the Services to scan and manage business cards, organize contact notes, generate AI-assisted relationship dossiers, collaborate in Cliques, and communicate with contacts. You agree to use the Services in compliance with all applicable laws and not to upload unlawful, abusive, or infringing content.

2. Accounts & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Please notify us immediately at support@loopbrook.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. User Content & Ownership

You retain ownership of all photos, business cards, notes, and messages you upload or create in Loopbrook. You grant Loopbrook LLC a limited license to host, process, and transmit your content solely as needed to provide and improve the Services for you.

4. AI-Generated Insights

Loopbrook uses AI models to transcribe cards and summarize publicly available information. AI outputs are provided for informational convenience and should be verified independently before making critical business decisions.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Loopbrook LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.
